Team Aster is a Chinese esports organization founded by legendary player BurNIng with the purpose of becoming an elite team and producing products of top quality for their fans.
Notable players on this team include Xu “BurNIng” Zhilei, DDZhan Shou, LaNm, Borax and Xxs – among the team’s stars are well-known Dota 2 specialists DDZhan Shou, LaNm Borax and Xxs – known for establishing Dota 2 division and working closely with numerous brands and businesses.
China’s premier team, earning top finishes at esteemed events such as The International 2021 and 2022, recently found itself embroiled in controversy after two former players claimed that prize money from 2020 is owed them.
Recently, Zeng “Ori” Jiaoyang and Zhang “LaNm” Zhicheng posted to Weibo regarding late payments from Aster Organization. Their claims of delayed payments has caused speculation that Aster may have fallen behind with paying their staff; although these allegations may or may not be confirmed; should this prove to be the case it would certainly be detrimental to the team.

Team Aster are an accomplished Chinese Counter-Strike team boasting some of the region’s best talent. Last season they finished fourth at The International 11, making an impressionful statement of intent about how strong their squad would be this season.
They boast an outstanding roster, featuring Du “Monet” Peng as the leader and team captain – widely considered one of the premier Sniper players currently competing and having already taken home one TI main event victory. He has assembled an exceptional squad in support of him.
Team UTC currently enjoys great success in Tour 1 of the Dota Pro Circuit 2023 and boast a 5 W-1 L record, placing them within the upper bracket for their matches.
They possess an impressive roster and are making minimal adjustments to their core group of players, in the hopes that they’ll win another TI and continue this title streak.
